Attached items stay: built-in appliances, curtain rods, shelving, towel racks, and mounted fixtures.

Non-attached items (furniture, décor, free-standing appliances) typically go with the seller — unless you write them into the contract.

Always double-check your offer and get it in writing to avoid surprises on closing day.
