It’s been 15 years since we had a fire in our fireplace. Before that we had a wood burning stove/fireplace which we probably used everyday in the winter up in Ohio! But in 2007 we lost our home in a fire and rebuilt and had a gas fireplace installed! Since we didnt have natural gas in our home before the fire and our heating was geothermal, I procrastinated on getting a propane tank for our new fireplace. When we sold the house in 2013, it still didn’t have a propane tank outside for the fireplace.
Then we moved to Texas and bought our home in 2014, which had a natural gas fireplace! But the burner was old and rusted and needed to be replaced!
I procrastinated again for 8 years and finally got the part I needed!
My wife is in heaven now that she gets to have a fire during the Christmas Holidays!
