🚨 INTRODUCING COACH RYLIE RUCKER 🚨

We’re excited to officially welcome Coach Rylie as the newest Performance Coach and leader of the MRT Student Athlete Program! 🔥

Starting Monday, June 1st, Coach Rylie will be leading our new youth performance training program focused on helping student athletes build speed, strength, conditioning and confidence both on and off the field.

Rylie brings years of experience working with youth athletes along with an elite athletic background as an EX-D1 Baylor Track & Field Athlete. Her energy, coaching style and ability to connect with young athletes make her an incredible addition to the MRT family.

This program is designed to help athletes:
⚡️ Move faster
💪 Get stronger
🔥 Improve conditioning
🧠 Build confidence & discipline

🏃‍♂️ SUMMER TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Ages 8–12
🕑 Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM

Ages 12–18
🕒 Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM
🌙 Monday & Wednesday: 6:30 PM
🌙 Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 PM

Memorial Day Murph at MRT. 🇺🇸

A bunch of people coming together to suffer a little, push each other, and honor something bigger than ourselves.

Murph isn’t about whether you went RX, partitioned the reps, wore a vest, scaled movements, or took breaks along the way.

It’s bigger than that.

Today was about showing up together. Pushing ourselves alongside each other. Remembering why this workout exists in the first place and honoring the sacrifice behind it.

Some people finished fast. Some grinded through every lap and rep. Some modified. Some partnered up. None of that mattered nearly as much as the effort, the respect, and the community behind it all.

Proud of every single person that came through MRT today. 🇺🇸

Huge thank you to for helping keep everybody hydrated throughout the workout and to Dr. Drake with for coming out and helping put our broken bodies back together afterward 😂
