It feels so good to be helping a young horse develop more! We even got a tiny baby scoot!!
Corie Monique Juniel thank you so much for letting me ride your horses, they're all amazing in their own way (even when they do be getting on our last nerves 😂)
As long as they try, I acknowledge it!
Good food for thought
If anyone wants to follow Rigel on this journey to become an excellent member of equine society, please feel free to do so! He will be avaliable for adoption mid September on to the training challenge and expo in October!

Helping an older gent learn new skills with a cheeky young mare that needs to nibble everything 😂

I agree with this 100%
Many people I run into when training or giving lessons have such a hard time PRESSING affection on their horses. Not all of them like it! Very few horses ACTUALLY want physical praise when they do well. They normally want to have a moment to understand without us adding more pressure. Let them have a choice and you'd be surprised how much more 'affectionate'these guys can become!

Hello everyone! I recently went and audited the buck brannaman clinic in greensville tx, and had the pleasure of meeting Buck! He is truly a soft and kind horseman and it was a pleasure to listen to him and watch him help folk in person! I learned some new things and am beyond excited to add it to my trunk of skills to better myself so I can continue to be the best I can be at helping you all help your horses!
Expanding the Basics
Genesis pt. 3
This session we worked on a few things but mostly stopping, going, contact on the bit, staying square and being guided and gait changes. I show the good and the bad because training any horse whether they be young or old is never a linear process! and those bad days and miscommunication is all a bit part in dealing with horses. it's up to us to keep our cool and figure out how to communicate, and ask the correct questions and in the way they understand to get the very best from them.
