With all the water pipe leaks we've been repairing after the freeze, this was the last reason I was expecting for there being a leak. They had a opossum that got into the attic and it ate the hot water pipe. Other that this I haven't had any broken PEX pipes during this freeze

We did a small update on a customer's bathroom. We replaced the vanity lights. Swaped the old large mirror slab with 2 framed mirrors that I repainted in an earlier post. After we removed the mirror we found an old sheetrock patch that was unfinished. We floated the wall, sanded, and textured. We then painted all the walls. We also swaped out the old can lights with new recessed LED lights.
