Fam, Amanda’s Kitchen would like to thank you all for the support that we have received thus far. At this time, we are in transition and finding ways to better serve our community. That being said, unfortunately, we will be placing the kitchen on hold until further notice. However, we plan to be back better than before.

Hi AK Fam, due to grocery shortages, limits, and the possibility of power outages, the decision has been made to keep the kitchen closed until Hurricane Nicholas passes. Houston is already beginning to feel the affects of this storm, so PLEASE Fam, Y’all STAY SAFE!!

Hi AK Fam, here is the menu for the week. I am traveling back to Houston so the menu is posted later than planned. For that reason, I will accept dinner requests for Tuesday’s Menu until 2PM tomorrow. Thank you so much and Have a Great Week!!

Well Shrimp Almighty 🍤 —some got bow tie pasta and some got fettuccine. That’s how we do it here in the kitchen—we CATER to your likes/needs...not what’s necessarily on the menu. Thank you, All for being so easy to please. You make this kitchen crazy fun!! 🔥👩🏼‍🍳🍽

So tonight I had a very regular customer reach out cause they forgot to thaw out their protein for dinner. Usually I have just enough extra for a last minute request but not tonight. So here’s the menu and a meal on the fly!! Thank you, All for keeping me busy! It gives me such purpose❣️

Remember how I said on the Sunday menu post that all meals are subject to change? Well, here’s why. I post, my customers order. Since I know what my repeat customers like, I’ll inbox them and ask if they’d like to substitute this for that. Tonight, that is the case. Rather than chopped beef, we rolled with chicken BBQ instead. All menus are subject to change based on my valued customers. Period! The End! It’s a late post but it’s in the books. Thank you, All!!
