Collins E.T.H.L.O.T.S.

vision is to open two 8-bed men's transitional homes in the Houston-Metropolitan area for homeless men. These homes will provide residence for up to 18 months with the opportunity for an approved extension if the need necessitates. The men will be required to follow a individualized progressive-demand development plan to help them transition back into independent living, and/or be reunited with family or spouse.
