I’m excited to share some wonderful news - I’m opening my own space⚡️

A place that feels calm and welcoming.
A place where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and find exactly what you came for: movement, recovery, strength, flexibility, or simply a little time for yourself.

This space is not about rushing or comparing.
It’s about mindful movement, attention to the body, and a comfortable, supportive atmosphere✨

Stretching in martial arts is about controlled range of motion and joint mobility☑️

Working on the hips, thoracic spine, and shoulders directly improves striking mechanics and reduces overload risk.

Flexibility must be functional and integrated into technique⚡️

2 hours of structured learning and hands-on practice🙌🏼

During the practicum we will cover:
• how kinesiology tape works (muscle support & lymphatic effect)
• indications and contraindications
• tension control and application direction
• practical protocols for knee, lower back, shoulder, and neck overload

The focus is practice 🤚🏼
Each participant will apply the tape themselves and receive individual technique correction.
After this training, you will be able to:
✔ support muscles and joints properly
✔ reduce overload after training
✔ use taping as a recovery tool — not guesswork
