Congratulations to the Crabtree Family, the Gaitan Family, and the Donnel/Villalobos Family on being selected as recipients of the Steward Scholarship!

This scholarship recognizes parish families who have demonstrated a longstanding commitment to Santa Sophia through their stewardship, service, and active participation in our parish community. Their generosity of time, talent, and faith-filled example help make our parish and academy such a special place.

We are grateful for all that these families contribute to our community and are pleased to support their students as they continue their educational journey at Santa Sophia Academy.

Thank you to all the parents who joined us for our End of School Mass today! It was a beautiful celebration as we gathered together in faith to mark the close of another wonderful school year.

A special thank you to Fr. Corey for giving each class a blessing and commissioning them for the year ahead. We also loved watching him officially promote each class to the next grade level, a meaningful and memorable tradition for our students.

We are grateful for the support of our school families and parish community as we celebrate all that our students have accomplished this year!

Congratulations to our EDC Director, Ms. Shantal for getting her AA in behavioral science & social work and is transferring to SDSU for social science & her teaching credentials.

A HUGE congratulations to all of our drama students on their wonderful production of Matilda Jr.! With a cast of nearly 30 students, the time, hard work, and dedication you poured into this show was evident in every scene. From the acting and singing to the choreography and backstage teamwork, each of you helped make this production truly special!

Thank you for sharing your incredible gifts and talents with our school community. We are so proud of all you accomplished and grateful for the joy and entertainment you brought to the stage. Bravo on an amazing performance! 👏🎶🌟

Family Group Picnic!

All year long, our students have met in their Family Groups once a month. Each group consists of one or more students from every grade level along with a teacher leader, creating opportunities to enjoy games, conversations, and activities while building stronger bonds across grade levels. 💙

Today we celebrated our final Family Group gathering with a picnic on the field! Students brought their lunches and enjoyed spending time together, making memories and celebrating the friendships formed throughout the year. What a wonderful way to end another great year of Family Groups! 😊

Buddy Breakfast! 💙

Our 8th graders and 1st graders shared some special final buddy moments together this morning. We love the bonds that are created between our upper and lower grades as part of our buddy system!

These friendships become such a meaningful part of the school experience, and it’s always amazing to see how students continue to remember their buddies even as they grow older. So many sweet memories made together! 💕
