Today's agenda included brat roasting, stick collecting, and advanced negotiations regarding s'more allotments.
My co-owners are excellent negotiators and always seem to secure favorable terms. 🔥🌭🍫
A little late posting this, but the The Kite Festival at Grand Haven was one of those reminders of why we love living in West Michigan.
Ambrose was absolutely convinced he was part of the festival while flying his kite all over the beach, while Nova was taking everything in.
Moments like this are what make Grand Haven such a special place to live, raise a family, and build community.
While Leah and Nova were getting their nails done for some girl time, Ambrose and I stopped by Home Realty. One of the biggest reasons I chose to be here is because of the family-oriented atmosphere. Great agents, strong leadership, and people who genuinely care. Grateful to be surrounded by that kind of community.
Helping bring the Amy Vander Linden vision to life for this Fisher 3 Vacation Rentals property.
We painted the entire home, added two custom striped accent walls, and painted several shiplap walls to help transform the space into a memorable Airbnb for guests.
And of course, I had my little helper with me every step of the way… even if he disappeared occasionally 😂
The best part of this work is helping create spaces where families can make memories.

Got up on a roof with Scott Kiaunis a trusted inspector and owner of Fresh Coast Inspections to take a closer look and make sure we’re seeing the full picture before any decisions get made.
Whether it’s buying, selling, or repairing a home, details matter — and having the right people in your corner makes all the difference.
Grateful to work in a community with solid professionals who care about doing things right.
There’s something special about local traditions and the memories that come with them.
Nights like this at Berlin Raceway are a reminder that in the middle of building businesses, chasing goals, and handling the day-to-day, making time for family and community matters most.

Rainy days like today are perfect for slowing down and reading a book.
My son just got his first library card and was so excited. Watching that reminded me why I do what I do.
There aren’t many things in life that make you feel like a kid again—but finding the right home or transforming the one you already love can bring that feeling back.
That’s what I love most about real estate and renovations—helping people create spaces they’re excited to come home to.
