My friends might already be aware that I am a member and patron of "Burgess Boxing" located in Spring Lake NC. I can normally be found there on Tuesday and Thursday evenings working the bags and breaking a sweat, but I also spend time there as a coach.

I have known and have been a supporter of Tony Burgess and his Non Profit organization for many years now. "Burgess Boxing" is a second home for me and I Love the gym and it's people.
