Our door is on the east side of the building. Sabo Skin Care is on the front and Dance Revolutions is next to us.

Our waiting room is right in side the door. Have a seat and someone will come out and get you.

Updated picture of the main building. This is what you will see coming off Michigan Ave. it will also be where your GPS will tell you that you have arrived. However, our office is located on the backside of this building. So, please proceed to the stop sign and turn right. Our sign and parking lot will be to the right. As seen on the older pictures in the older post below.

During this time of COVID-19, we are still accepting new patients (24 years of age and younger). All appointments are through telemedicine. We are paneled with most insurances.

As you turn onto 29th Street, you will see our building and the sign in the top picture. This is the front parking lot of the building and the one used for the dentist office. We are located on the back side of the building off Washington Ave. So, continue to the stop sign and turn right. You will see the sign for our parking lot, as in the last picture. Our entrance is the one visible in the picture. Hope this is helpful.
