We’re DUCKING OUT for the summer!
Yesterday we enjoyed a staff end of year luncheon with yummy food and lots of fun and laughs. We’ve challenged our staff to take their ducks on adventures and share with admin over the summer. We can’t wait to see where our staff, and ducks, go while we’re on break!

We also got to celebrate Ms. Rado’s retirement after 30 amazing years of service! We will miss here so much but are excited for her next adventure, too!

We had a party in the 5th grade hallway with the teachers AND the students, and then celebrated our oldest Tigers and they head off to middle school. We know you’ll do amazing things!

What a night! We held our 5th grade lock in celebration this evening and they had a blast!
Students were invited by earning a proficient score on their FAST tests, and were surprised with additional treats by making learning gains, too!
Everyone had pizza and drinks, time in the game room, outside on the playground and playing kickball, and making crafts or hanging with friends.
We ended the night with some group pics and making sure everyone got to sign the 2026 ceiling tile for the 5th grade hallway!

Students in Mrs. Parshook’s & Mrs. Metzler’s classes visited 1st grade classrooms today. While they were there, they met the teachers and learned a little bit about what is expected for 1st grade students, the kind of work they will see, and got to spend time with the “almost 2nd graders”!

Mrs. Dieter’s students enjoyed an ice cream party and making glow-in-the-dark slime together, too!

Ms. Rado’s and Ms. Burke’s students celebrated Ms. Rado’s upcoming retirement with a class party, yummy snacks, and some fun and meaningful craft projects on Friday. These Tigers sure loved celebrating Ms. Rado and sending her off to summer with love and some amazing memories. While her official retirement is in August, it will happen before students return for the upcoming school year, so they wanted to have the opportunity to party with her now!
