Summer solstice is upon us and that means lots of things going on inside and outside of the studio. Sunday, we are hosting our free community Yoga in Hernando Park right on East Fort Dade Avenue. Sunrise at 7 AM and sunset at 7 PM, both led by Dawn. Join us for a gentle flow. Please bring a mat, towel and some water. June Yoga in the Vines with Jessie tomorrow at 10am

A fun all level, all ages yoga class outdoors along side the fruiting grape vines of Strong Tower. This event if catered to fit any yoga level or a great time to try yoga for the first time. $10 per person, cash please. Bring a yoga mat, water and a blanket or towel for under your mat. Wine will be free to sample and for sale after class.
