Providence Church

Too often, we treat the giants of the Old Testament like colorful “Bible characters” in a children’s storybook. When we do that, they start to feel fictional—nice lessons wrapped in ancient tales. But these were real people with real struggles, doubts, and messy lives, just like ours. And the true Hero of every page isn’t them… it’s the God who was at work in and through them.

Starting this Sunday, we’re launching a 9-week series that pulls these men and women out of the flannelgraph and into real life—showing their actual battles and how God used them as part of His unfolding plan. Join us as we rediscover their stories with fresh eyes and renewed faith.

Providence members, please make plans to stay after the second service on Sunday, June 28, for a Called Congregational Meeting beginning at approximately 12:30 PM on our main campus. During this brief meeting, we will hold a vote of affirmation to receive Brian Little as a Ruling Elder. We are grateful for Brian's willingness to serve and for the work the Lord has done through our elder training process. We encourage all members to be present and participate in this important moment in the life of our church.

Lighthouse Creative Camps presents ILLUMINATE!

This summer, give your child an unforgettable cultural arts adventure where they’ll explore, create, and connect through hands-on experiences from around the world!
From July 14–17, students who have completed Kindergarten–3rd grade can join us from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Then July 27–31, rising 3rd–6th graders can dive deeper from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Campers choose from exciting tracks including Culinary Arts, Cultures & Crafts, and Art in Engineering.

Lighthouse Creative Camps 2026 presents:

This summer, we are taking off on an adventure around the world at "Illuminate! A Cultural Arts Experience". Campers will get to experience academic enrichment in a gospel-centered, Christ-focused environment. We can't wait to explore God's big world with you!

Each week of camp has similar content geared toward different age groups of children. Registration opens May 15th!

The Lighthouse Kids Family Game Night is the perfect way to kick off summer with fun and connection. On Sunday, May 24th, we invite kids from K4 through 5th grade and their families to join us for pizza and classic board games. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy quality time together, connect with other families in our church community, and create great memories. The event will take place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We will have games set up and pizza ready to share with everyone who attends. We look forward to seeing you and your family there.
