A little something for those of us running on E. 😴 💤

It's wild to me that something SO SIMPLE became one of my daily go-to's for managing deep burnout, physical and mental fatigue, overstimulation, chronic health issues, headaches, migraines, and nervous system dysregulation.

Can I be super honest? I HATED taking baths. It was just never something that was fun for me, especially with long term neck issues.

Along my health journey I met a woman who INSISTED that I needed to be doing epsom salt foot baths. EVERY DAY. She said start with a tablespoon and work my way up to 2 cups. It felt ridiculous at the time, but I was desperate. Eventually I worked up to two cups, and then just started taking baths.

After just a few days, I realized it was helping. The tingling you can sometomes get from magnesium started to fade, and it was lessening the duration of my POTs and migraine episodes. I started researching like crazy about what and how the skin can absorb and how it could help so many issues. Which lead me to crafting these 🛁
