This project was funnnnn. Tenant left this home in shambles and stuck in the 80s.

Our team came in and did a full clean out. Anything and everything was ripped out and tossed away.

From there we came in and painted the ceilings, tons of drywall repairs, all baseboards, doors and casings sanded and painted. Every wall painted, the cabinets made a huge turn around. From that nasty color to beautiful white. What a difference. Every light was replaced and the entire home got new laminate flooring.

This house took a full 360 and it shows.
