The large mealworms are slowly, but surely, pupating and becoming beetles. I'd like to guess I have about 20 adult beetles at this time that should be close to sexual maturity. Soon, within the next 2 months(?), I should have my first batch of homegrown mini mealworms!! I don't know about you but I'm excited 😁
All the mealworms are working hard to grow! Eating bran and carrots day and night. They're diligent little buggers!
MINI 1/4IN MEALWORMS ARE CLOSING IN ON SMALL1/2" - give them another week and they'll be little fat 1/2" in no time!
Small Mealworms (1/2") are currently FOR SALE - I have approximately 500 small's for sale.

Sorry for the lack of updates on this Instagram page! It's been the worms slow season but I'm hoping to become a little more active soon; as my worms continue to multiply I'll be able to list castings for sale. If you're interested in buying castings, don't be shy! Send me a message and let's discuss shipping you some castings ;) Find me other places:

The worms seem to be doing great after the harvest! I even spotted a baby worm at the top of the compost. 💕
