We’re excited to announce that we are now offering **Sewer Scope Inspections** as an add-on to our home inspection services!

A standard home inspection can tell you a lot about a property—but it **can’t see inside the underground main sewer line**.

That’s where a sewer scope comes in. 📹

Using a specialized camera, we can visually inspect the accessible interior of the main sewer line and look for conditions such as:

🔎 Cracked or damaged piping
🌳 Root intrusion
⚠️ Separated or displaced connections
🚿 Significant buildup or obstructions
💧 Standing water or drainage concerns
🔧 Other visible defects that could affect the sewer line

The plumbing may appear to drain normally during a home inspection while problems are hiding underground. And when sewer line problems are finally discovered, repairs can potentially involve excavation, landscaping, driveways, walkways, and significant expense.
