Only missing a few of the usual kids crew! Some of these grinders have been with us almost since the beginning. Thank you to all who have grown with us, it’s been so neat to watch these kiddos grow in confidence and discipline. Thank you to and his crew for celebrating this special event with us!

Reminder that there is no fundamentals Gi class tonight (Monday) at Spring Hill jiu-jitsu. Join us instead for an open mat with our Kronos teammates at Rudy Bears in Westport.

Tuesday, we will have regular kids class, but no adults class. Join us Tuesday at Brazil Academy at 7Pm for more team training.
