FB FAM today I restarted my daily 2.5 mile walk. It was drizzling and I decided to walk anyway. I took this opportunity to talk to God about the things He has brought me and my family thru since the last time I walked. This was a special conversation of thankfulness. I started to cry because these walks were special and I had missed them and to be transparent, I was a little ashamed.
I pray everyday with my wife, but this was intimate talk father to son and I missed it.
As I listened to the gospel workout playlist on my cell and headed down the road, this is what He revealed to me.
Son as you travel this roard dont look so far ahead. If you focus on the steps just ahead of you and keep my word on your mouth and my praise in your heart, my destination for you is guaranteed.
When it gets challenging speak my words of rescue back to me. Remind me of my promises and I will strengthen you.
I will give you what you need to endure and finish the race.
As my son in this race every one who finishes gets a first place trophy.
When I looked up I had finished my 2.5 mile walk in the rain.
He will never leave you or forsake you.

What is so important about yesterday? It's over, you can't change it, so why bring it up?
Yesterday is the motivation for all your todays. At the end of everyday you should evaluate accomplished goals, how.you managed your challenges successfully and where you had opportunities for more positive results. Yesterday is where we find a record of our victories and how we accomplished them. We find insight on how certain out side and inside negative influences governed our movement, mannerisms, motivations. It allows us to creat a GPS so we can navigate todays challenges with a little more foresight. Every tomorrow was someones today and everyones today was someones yesterday.
Don't live in you yesterdays, harvest them.
