Football:
Practice will be in full gear this week(Monday thru Thursday 5:30-7:00)-players need to have a mouthpiece and chin strap
JV Pony will only be helmets and shoulder pads. (MONDAY ONLY)
Please remember attendance at practice is mandatory.
Cheer:
Practice Tuesday-Thursday 5:30-7:00
Parents are allowed to sit in the grass area by the concession stand. Only coaches and team parents are allowed to sit by the cheerleaders. Thank you for understanding.

Reminder: Football is practicing tonight from 5:30-7:00. It will be our final night of heat acclimation. Players should wear helmets and shoulder pads.
