The month of January is surprisingly busy for me each year 😮‍💨. It’s a time I take to reflect on what I’ve accomplished last year,where I want to be this year and put some changes in place not only on my business but for my self to constantly improve and get uncomfortable🥴 I’m pleased to say we had another award winning year, broke my goals by considerable margins and continued getting asked to be a guest speaker at events and for other companies that see what I’ve done not only in the insurance industry but also with my company.

Yesterday I got one of those calls that unfortunately we get way to often.
