Spring Green Farmers Market

Good farmers market morning! It's a beautiful day, come say hi!

It's so wonderful being back into the full season farmers market swing! We will see you tomorrow (Saturday ) from 9-noon in front of the Spring Green Community Library.

Our friends at River Valley ARTS and The Octagon Barn have a really fun event coming up Saturday! Kids welcome, free will donation at the door.

Grab your partner and do-si-do on over to the Octagon Barn on May 16th for a fun evening of Square Dancing!

Led by caller Mike Mossman, the Driftless Square Jammers will bring their collective decades of musical experience to the Octagon Barn. The evening will take place from 6pm-8pm on May 16th at the Octagon Barn, E4350 Horseshoe Rd, Spring Green. Beverages will be available for purchase.

Square dancing, otherwise known as barn dancing, has deep roots in American rural life and is a fun way for community members to meet, and literally reach out, to their neighbors on the floor. The caller will give instructions on how to square dance, so even beginners will soon find themselves promenading with ease. And if you just want to come and tap your toes and enjoy the music and camaraderie, please do!

Friends we have another fantastic farmers market in store for you on Saturday!

You will find us outside the Spring Green Community Library from 9am-noon with an amazing selection of greens, greens, greens, and more greens, early season veggies like radishes and asparagus, honey and maple syrup, eggs and meat, baskets, plant starters, treats for dogs and baked goods for humans, preserves, etc. Come on down and shop the extensive selection of local goods and meet the people who bring it to us.

Our resident troubadour Don is having a photography exhibiton May 12th at the library!

King's Honey will be at the Spring Green Farmers Market Saturday May 2 from 9 am - noon. Stop by for some delicious honey, honey sticks and Cowboy Candy. We will also have our award winning lip balms, goat milk and honey soaps, and body butters. See you all Saturday!

It's the most wonderful time of the year! That's right, our summer market schedule starts on Saturday! From now through October you will find us outside the Spring Green Community Library from 9am-noon.

This Saturday you will find live music by Don, early season veggies including TONS of greens, local meats, maple syrup and honey, eggs, preserves, plant starts, miles of baked goods (including treats for your furry friends) small batch soaps, and who knows what else?
