APEX Wound Solutions is a growing multidisciplinary wound care company delivering advanced, patient-centered care in home health and clinic settings throughout South Texas. We are expanding our provider team and currently hiring for coverage in San Antonio and surrounding areas.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and self-sufficient Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide comprehensive wound care services with a high level of clinical autonomy. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Compensation

$100–$120 per visit
Bonus structure based on productivity and quality outcomes
1099 Contract Position
Mileage and travel reimbursement

Responsibilities
Perform wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide advanced wound care management and debridement
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and home health teams
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention

Qualifications
Active Texas NP or PA license
DEA license preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills
Wound care experience preferred; motivated clinicians with strong skills are encouraged to apply
Reliable transportation for local travel
