Cobb Custom Construction was founded by Beau and Abby Cobb in an effort to fill a gap we saw in the custom home building market in our area. Beau had a background with larger national builders, and knew the pricing that was perceived as normal and expected was out of line. People should not be building a home and instantly be at a break even point or worse if they need to sell. We strive to put people in a position to instantly have equity in their home, and still get to build their dream.

Beau has a degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and has been building homes since 2002.

Some of the trade partners we use today have been with us since we started building. We believe our relationships with the hands that build our homes is critical to the success and longevity of our company.

Our company has grown solely based off of referrals from our customers. We believe serving our customers well will bring us all the business we need.
