Meet Opal.
I found her listed on a livestock auction site for $1.
She’s a livestock guardian dog and came with her pup, Tator.
They’re both settling in at Juggling Daisies Ranch and learning that this is home now.
Around here every animal has a story.
Opal and Tator’s story is just beginning.

ANOTHER SURPRISE!!! Mushroom most likely will have her baby(s) today too!!! Christmas themed names? Bug names? Nature? What do you think? I SO wish I was home!!! 🫨

Yesterday, a tiny Christmas miracle arrived on the farm. ✨
Her name is Tinsel — a little early, a little wobbly, and already shining brighter than she knows.

She’s still figuring things out… mom’s milk is slow to come in, so I’m helping bottle feed while her mama nurses her as much as she can.

Tinsel may be small, but her spirit? Mighty.
Her first day was full of snuggles, soft breaths, brave little steps, and the sweetest attempts at jumps you’ve ever seen.

In a world that feels heavy, I hope she brings you a little light today.
