Hearing is one of the most important things in our lives, it connects us to people, and life.

If you’re a veteran struggling to hear conversations, missing parts of your favorite activities, or constantly asking people to repeat themselves, help may be closer than you think. 🇺🇸

Altitude Audiology is proud to be a VA Community Care Network (CCN) provider serving the Bulverde/Spring Branch area and surrounding communities.

That means many veterans may be able to receive hearing care and hearing aids locally instead of making the long drive to San Antonio.

Our team can also help guide you through the process of determining eligibility and getting connected with your VA hearing benefits. While the VA authorization must come from the VA side, we are always happy to help point veterans in the right direction and make the process feel less overwhelming.

You served our country. You deserve accessible, compassionate care close to home.

Today was a special day for us at Altitude Audiology as we delivered our very first Local Listening Award to HealthFirst Primary Care and Dr. Dayani.

We recently asked our patients a simple question: “Who in this community truly listens to you?”

Over and over again, one name kept coming up. Dr. Dayani.

In a world where so many people feel rushed, overlooked, or unheard, taking the time to genuinely listen can change everything. Our patients shared story after story about feeling cared for, respected, and valued at HealthFirst Primary Care, and we could not agree more.

As healthcare providers ourselves, we know that listening is one of the most important things we can do for another person. It builds trust, improves care, and reminds people that they matter.

We are incredibly proud to have Dr. Dayani and HealthFirst Primary Care as part of the Spring Branch community, and we are honored to recognize the impact they are making every single day.

Congratulations on being the very first recipient of the Altitude Audiology Local Listening Award. Well deserved.

Yesterday, our community showed what it truly means to show up.

While so many were still trying to process everything that happened, Screaming Goat Yard & Tap quietly opened their doors to the sophomore class from Hill Country College Prep HS.

They didn’t just offer words. They offered space.

They created a place for these kids to come together, to breathe, to sit with each other, to laugh a little, to just not be alone. They put out games, provided food and drinks, and gave these students exactly what they needed in that moment… support without expectation.

This is what community looks like.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when people step up, open their doors, and say “come in, you’re safe here.”

We are so proud to have businesses like this in Spring Branch. Places that don’t just serve the community, but truly care for it.

Thank you for leading with action, compassion, and heart. It does not go unnoticed.

🌸🌿 Spring Into Better Hearing! 🌿🌸

Spring is in the air and so are the sounds that make this season special. Birds singing at sunrise. Kids laughing outside. Wind moving through the Texas Hill Country trees. Fresh conversations on sunny patios.

But if those sounds feel a little muffled, distant, or harder to follow, it might be time for a hearing check.

Spring is the perfect season for a reset. We clean out closets, plant new flowers, and refresh our routines. Why not refresh your hearing too?

Here are a few spring hearing tips:

🌼 Schedule a hearing evaluation if it has been more than a year
🌼 Have your hearing aids professionally cleaned after winter buildup
🌼 Replace wax guards and filters
🌼 Check batteries or rechargeables before travel and outdoor activities
🌼 Protect your ears during lawn mowing and outdoor projects

Clear hearing means clearer connections. And that is what this season is all about.

If you are in the Bulverde or Spring Branch area and ready for a fresh start, we would love to help you hear every beautiful sound this spring.

From caring for patients and families right here in our local area to supporting meaningful outreach and joy-filled initiatives abroad, our hearts are rooted in service, connection, and compassion.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives and for helping us extend that spirit of care beyond borders.

Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a bright year ahead filled with health, hope, and connection.
