I’ve had so much time for myself.
And I haven’t really had time to digest all of it, how ironic.
It’s been overwhelming —in the best way— and I’m grateful for having life changing opportunities that help me mature and evolve in my aging process. I can’t wait to get home and unpack —literally and rhetorically— all of the things I’ve learned and experience to see where I’ll be landing with all that in coming back with.

Houston, we got a problem.
I was scheduled to board the plane that was going to take me to the first vacations I have been waiting for in years, 24 hours ago and I still haven’t left the airport. I was sad yes, desperate to get there? A bit. But deep down I felt ok, knowing that it all had to be as it needed to be. Patience and understanding inflames my hopes and sets my spirit in a good place. What an experience to live and learn from.
Hopefully I’ll be heading my way to Paris in a couple of hours. A city that when I felt lost in life… pointed me in the right direction.
I cannot wait for it to see me how I am now ✨

You know what I’m most amazed by?
The fact that in order to feel happy I just really need to feel my breath in the space that I am.
I’ve noticed I tend to hold my breath sometimes, and when I truly let it flow, it starts giving me this sense of peace and “everything is going to be alright” sensation.
Right now, where you are… take a BIG inhale and with a thunderous sound let it go.
Take two like that and call me in the morning 😉
