A new member has been added to the herd! Meet missy, a very sassy nigerian doe. Missy is a little shy, but warms up to those who are willing to give her treats. SHe loves to follow lynn around and is very inquisitive of new things and people!

This February, our female goat Lynn gave birth to two healthy little boys. Though they have since found their new forever homes to roam and play, I wanted to share the cuteness!

Have you ever seen white butter?? Due to the abundance of goats milk we have currently, we had the pleasure of making goats milk and goats cheese this past weekend! Here are our thoughts:

- The butter was mild and easy to spread. We added a little salt in ours, and it has been delicious on toast and to cook with

- The cheese also has a mild flavor, allowing you to mold it into whatever flavor you would like. You can add savory spices, like chives or rosemary, or make it sweet by drizzling on some honey, berries or cinnamon.

-I love how versatile these both are in the kitchen! I will be taking orders for goat cheese only at this time on a request made-to-order basis.
