Two countries, one river, and endless tiles. 🇵🇹✨🇪🇸
Spent the day hopping across the border between the charm of the Algarve and the warmth of Andalusia. From the hidden Rococo gardens and blue azulejos of the Palácio de Estói to the riverfront views in Ayamonte, this corner of the world is pure magic.
There’s something special about standing on the promenade, looking across the Guadiana River, and seeing a whole other country staring back at you.

Autumn along Onion Creek at McKinney Falls State Park 🌿 These ancient bald cypress trees have stood watch over this limestone creek bed for centuries—some for over 500 years. The way they rise from the emerald water with their distinctive buttressed trunks never gets old.
Just 13 miles from downtown Austin, but feels like a different world entirely. The limestone you see here was formed during the Cretaceous Period when much of Texas was covered by a shallow sea. Now it’s carved into falls and pools perfect for cooling off when Texas heat kicks in.
Worth noting: This area has been occupied for over 5,000 years and is part of the historic El Camino Real trail system. The park is named after Thomas McKinney, who built his homestead here in the 1850s.

✨ When golden hour meets baroque brilliance ✨

Sometimes the best photography happens when you least expect it. What started as a casual walkabout around St. Paul’s Cathedral turned into pure magic as the sunset painted London’s skyline in gold.

• St. Paul’s took 35 years to build (1675-1710) after the Great Fire of London destroyed the previous cathedral
• Sir Christopher Wren’s masterpiece dome weighs 65,000 tonnes and rises 365 feet high - one foot for each day of the year
• The famous Whispering Gallery allows whispers to travel 112 feet across the dome
• This architectural marvel survived 57 nights of bombing during WWII, becoming a symbol of London’s resilience

The interplay of classical architecture against modern London life, captured in that perfect golden light - this is why I love this city. Sometimes you just have to wander and let the light guide you.
