We had a twist to our normal sour dough bread class last night at Authentic Canyon Lake! These ladies were there to have fun and be messy and we succeeded on both counts.
The twist was that we added links to full videos of us from start to finish, every single day of what we are looking for, as well as recipes, so you weren't questioning "is this the bubbles she meant?" "Why isn't this starter growing", etc. These ladies are now empowered with our conversations last night, and the downloadable links that you can watch as many times as you want to be sure of what they are doing. Thank you ladies it was delightful!

Today is the last day to register for our Sourdough Class to be held at Authentic Canyon Lake!

We had a really fun class tonight at Authentic Canyon Lake making pot stickers and egg rolls and the dipping sauce that goes with them. Our first cooking class in our new classroom!

The cooking Class Is for adults, kids welcome with an adult. Great for date night!
Kids Summer Camp will be on Mondays 1:00-3:00 with different activities each week.

An amazing fun night making perfume at Authentic Canyon Lake, in our new classroom last night. It was a small group, but we laughed all night!
I will be scheduling another one soon. Also keep being asked about Sourdough Classes, and will be setting a time and date for that for that as well.

We will be hosting our yearly kids summer camp.
This is our first camp of this year, but you can sign up anytime now, they will be held at Authentic Canyon Lake. Registration will close on May 29th.

Join us for Grand Reopening!

Went and moved our stuff today to Authentic Canyon Lakes new location at 14120 FM 306. We are closed this week to move, but will reopen March 2nd at 10:00 am for our new location. The pictures are from our new classroom. We can't wait for cooking classes and kids Spring Break Camp and Summer Camp.
