Please keep Seth Van Tifflin in your prayers.

Please pray for missionary Seth Van Tifflin who is currently hospitalized in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Seth is suffering both from a herniated disc and a ureter stone and is in significant pain.

We had a great time of prayer for the Costa Rica team on Sunday. Keep them in your prayers!

Please be in prayer for a team going to Costa Rica February 18-28. Todd Holton is leading the team of 10.

The Free Methodist Church across Europe continues to respond to the situation in Ukraine. Please pray for:

· Our missionary team and leaders in Hungary who are directing most of the FMC relief work

· Refugee efforts in Hungary, specifically Budapest, Györ and Pécs

· Ongoing relief efforts of the FMC in Ukraine

· Safety for those transporting food, clothing and supplies to areas of Ukraine hardest hit by the war

· Displaced families living at the rehabilitation house in Rivne, Ukraine

· Affiliate missionary Eric Casteel and his church as they assist 11 refugee families in Belgium

· Eight refugee families now living at the St. John’s Home in Bulgaria and being assisted by the FMC

· Two families from the FMC in Portugal who are waiting to receive refugee families into their home

· The FMC in Sweden as they assist the Salvation Army in collecting practical items for refugee families

Join us tomorrow morning between services at a farewell reception for Erin Kingsley. Let’s send her to Hungary with all our love and prayers!

The Free Methodist Church in Europe The Free Methodist Church currently has work in 13 countries on the continent of Europe, in addition to an established annual conference in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

A message from our Bishops regarding Ukraine and Russia.

Dear Free Methodist Family,

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine threatens peace in Europe and the whole world. This urgent and evolving crisis requires the attention and solidarity of the global Christian community.

We’re reminded of the Psalmist, “Search for peace, and work to maintain it" (Psalm 34:14). We join our church family in the region, calling for peace between Russia and Ukraine. We call for a peaceful way forward and invite Free Methodists around the world to pray for unity.

This is an opportunity for the church in Europe. We are expecting more than 4 million refugees in the coming weeks who will need housing, food, and clothing. These will first enter through the countries neighboring Ukraine, but will then disperse throughout Europe as countries open their doors to receive them. Our churches in Europe are in a position to help and will need your partnership.

By His grace, many will come to know the transforming power of God, through the act of love.
