Mystery Monday: What are MILABS?

“MILAB” (sometimes written “MILABS”) is a term from UFO-abduction and conspiracy literature meaning “Military Abduction” or “Military Alien Abduction.”
The idea emerged mainly in the 1990s through researchers like:
Helmut Lammer
Karla Turner

According to these theories, some alien abductees were later contacted, monitored, interrogated, or experimented on by secret military, government or intelligence groups.

Common MILAB claims include:
black helicopters,
underground facilities,
memory manipulation,
psychic experimentation,
implants,
encounters with soldiers during or after UFO experiences,
and cooperation between extraterrestrials and covert government factions.
The cases often blend:
Cold War mind-control fears,
MKUltra-style conspiracy themes,
alien-abduction narratives,
black-budget military secrecy,
and trauma-memory research.

Some stories specifically connect MILABs to:
Area 51,
Majestic-12 factions,
secret space programs,
or underground bases.

"However, there is no verified evidence that MILAB programs exist"

There are real historical government programs involving:
psychological experimentation,
surveillance,
hypnosis,
and classified intelligence operations.

For example, Project MKUltra was a real CIA program involving unethical mind-control and drug experiments during the Cold War. That confirmed history is one reason MILAB stories gained traction in some communities.

Skeptics generally interpret MILAB reports through several lenses:
sleep paralysis,
trauma processing,
false-memory formation,
dissociation,
symbolic myth-making,
science-fiction influence,
or sincere but unverifiable personal experiences.

*If it can't be measured, (in other words, a solid object) it doesn't exist- this according to the scientific community. eg: Carl Sagan.

Within UFO culture, MILABs became part of a broader “secret government” program alongside:
MJ-12,
Project Sigma,
Dulce Base,
Solar Warden,
and other povert programs.

MILAB stories often carry a very dark atmosphere:
masked personnel,
sterile underground labs,
military insignia,
psychic testing chambers,
and hybridized alien-human technology.

There are also all sorts of "hive mind" civilizations out there that are not ai, there are of many "types" that get lumped in with the "grey's", and there are the "grey avatars" used by the “dark military elements to perform milabs”. They are "drones" operated by a being in a lounge chair type device with a helmet and visor (heads up display) and actuators and sensors to operate the avatar. These are reported as having "no emotion" being robot like etc.

From : "scopalomine" the drug used by intelligence agencies to "blank slate" peoples memories originating in project artichoke,
to hundreds of active milab projects (very few are related to "super soldier" projects) most of which the names will never be known.

Some of the secret earth governments programs that have come out and are active under different mandates and constantly shifting orders and program names are listed below. Many MILABS have been brought into these and many hundreds of other “programs” as mentioned above.

sigma----------sigma was tasked with communicating with the aliens. this operation was successful: ongoing, very successful, enterface with "non humans" and are also utilized in various other programs to detect "deception" and "dangerous intent". Usually used in teams of three.

sigma/plato are active under different names as the mission has changed after diplomatic concessions were given to "earth delegates". These same root programs are active though have evolved with the missions and merged over the decades.

plato----------plato was established to form diplomatic relations with the alien life forms. this project was successful. this project is ongoing. Has advanced and merged with other programs as access was granted to "earth delegations" in various "non human" federation type conferences.

pounce---------this project was formed to recover all downed/crashed craft and aliens. this project provided cover stories/operations to mask true endeavor when necessary. Covers which have been used: crashed experimental aircraft, construction, mining, etc. this project has been successful. This project is ongoing….. (mostly detected and handled quickly from space based teams with ground security support as needed. they are extremely serious about their mission and any means will justify the ends of its success.) *Yikes?

pluto----------established to evaluate all ufo/iac information pertaining to space technology. this project is ongoing. pluto is the pro-word for pounce… use earth engineers working with non human engineers with "gifted technologies" as well as milab trained rv trained in "blue printing" technology.

redlight-------mission was to test fly recovered alien craft this project was postponed after every attempt resulted in destruction of the craft and death of the pilots. this project was carried out at area 51 in nevada (groom lake), and some flights were performed at dreamland. project redlight was resumed in 1972. this project has been partially successful. ufo sightings of craft accompanied by black helicoptors are project redlight assets. this project is ongoing at area 51 in nevada….. only needed for craft recovered from unknown beings, "wandering beingings" that have the misfortune of popping into our sol system and being shot down or captured that are more advanced or who's technology works on vastly different principals than the technology the other beings use, or are sharing with us.

luna-----------code name for the alien underground base. The base is alien controlled and delta/alien protected. luna is ongoing in new mexico. Alien detachments exist at dreamland and at area 51.

far side of the moon ---- an alien base on the dark side of the moon where large machines were sighted by the apollo astronauts. It is believed to be a mining operation….. in addition to an earth joint task force lunar operations center), the "moon" is an "object" that is carved up into territories very much like the antarctic regions. there are "groups" that are ancient enemies that have bases very near each other. As long as they keep a certain perimeter, follow protocols and respect boundaries there are no problems. any problems are now handled via "council" meetings and not via conflict... (this was not so thousands of years ago, and remnants of battles past are still visible and left as a reminder of a different "time" or "era".)

delta----------security teams from nro especially trained to provide alien tasked projects/luna security. (men in black) this project is ongoing. Note goodetxsg: not "men in black", but elite special forces with "enhanced" training and "abilities" who provide "close protection" of "earth deligate", "allied human type", "allied non-human type" and "other" visiting "delegates" and "dignitaries."

-----established to develop a weapon which would destroy the alien underground base and any future underground bases which the aliens might construct. It is to be a missile capable of penetrating 1000 meters of tufa/hard packed soil such as that found in New Mexico with no operational damage. missile apogee not to exceed 30,000 feet agl impact must not deviate in excess of 50 meters from designated target. device will carry a 1 megaton nuclear warhead. this project is ongoing at wx division, lanl, Los Alamos, New Mexico, and is still in development. Note goodetxsg: very destructive weapons that can destroy dumb's as well as entire planets. mission was a dreadfully scary success!

Science Sunday: For some science, for others Pseudoscience.

My uncle Fred (and I had many uncles), was a firm follower/believer in astrology and its value in determining personality traits. He lived to be 99-1/2 years old. Almost made the big double zero.
He wrote this paper which I thought was worth sharing.

“Astrology consists of two distinct parts.

The first part, true scientific part -which describes the twelve types of people, their abilities, traits, qualities, and characteristics.

The second or untrue part which is eliminated in this article to save the reader's time, relates to such things is Fortune telling, predictions made by the location and aspects of planets, your ruling planet No planet "rules" anybody, they are too distant. This does not include the Moon, which does have an effect on plant, animal and human life.

The Astrology calendar begins march 21. The Spring Equinox, when the day and night is of equal length, 12 hours each. This makes a solid beginning for the Calendar. The Astrology calendar is actually superior to our calendar as it is perfectly aligned with seasons. Our calendar starts Jan an abstract and haphazard date which relates to no special event except the beginning of a year. The first sign or Astrology month is Aries, the ram, March 21 to Apr.l9,..30 days. Gemini (May 21 – June 20): Known as the Twins. June 21 begins the sign Cancer, the crab, it is the Summer Solstice, the longest day and the shortest night. September 22 begins the sign Libra, the balance. It is the Fall Equinox, when the day and night are equal in length. December 21 begins the sign Capricorn, the Goat. It is the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year.

THE ZODIAC
CIRCLE OF SIGNS.

To find your blending and Non-Blending signs turn the Zodiac Circle around with your sign at the top.
Your Blending or Congenial Signs are the 4th right and Left of your sign.
Signs to the 2nd signs to the right and left of your sign are semi-blending signs, where you will also find some blending types. The 3rd signs to the right and left of your sign are the on-blending types, not wholly but let's say in 9 out of 10 Cases. They have the ability to see some things from a different point of view.
The "A" Pattern has been found by most Astrologers to be the General Rule in most Cases.
There are occasional exceptions where one in a blending sign will be found to be non-blending or one in a non-blending sign to be blending.
But these are the occasional exceptions to the general rule.

IN GENERAL .
There is a greater difference in people than there is in all the animals of the entire world.
Such is the conclusion of not one, but many biological researchers who made exhaustive studies of the subject.
Most people are similar in nature, but of those that differ the various and voluminous ways they differ are endless. Why some two people get along fine together while another two do not has puzzled man since the days of Cain and Abel.

The key to the problem was discovered and already in use by the earliest astrologers, seers, soothsayers, and other intelligentsia. It was found that those born in certain periods or "signs" were congenial with each other, while those born in other certain times of the year were not.
Many suggestions, trials and tests must have been made before reaching that conclusion. Maybe the congenial two were both born in the daytime while the others not. That would be found to make no difference. Maybe the congenial two were both born during a full moon, or both during a new moon, while the other two were born during different moon phases. Another zero. 0f two that differed, maybe one was born in the summer and the other during the winter. Now they were getting close.

Then the solution was finally found…….
It was found that the majority of those born in signs at the third positions (or every 4th sign) around the zodiac were congenial with each other, while those born in signs at the quarter position (or every 3rd sign around the zodiac) were not.

What is a sign?
In astrology a sign goes back to the ancient Roman and Greek calendars. It was simply one of 12 divisions or months of the year, similar to our months, but of different dates, running from about the 21st of one of our months to about the 20th of the next.

It is also one of 12 sections or areas of the Earth's yearly trip around the sun. The Earth, in its extensive orbit around the Sun passes through various streams of cosmic rays.

Before the early Roman, Greek, and Egyptian calendars were devised, farmers needed to know when to plant their crops and when the crops would ripen to provide most of the food on which the populace depended. At first a 10 month calendar was considered, but a 12 month calendar was decided upon. The next problem was what to name the months. It should be a name that reflected conditions or events current at that time.

During most of our January and the latter part of February, mountain goats appeared in the lower areas, descending from the frozen mountain in the cold winter.
What better name than Capricorn, the Goat? The next period or month, most of our February and the latter part of January, was a rainy month. As aqua means water, It was named Aquarius, the water deity.

Meat- is most of our March, was a good fishing month and was named Pisces, the Fishes. During the next two months, most of our April and May, many sheep, lambs and rams were born, and then cattle, so these two months were named Aries, the Ram, and Ta**us, the Bull. What is most of our June was a month when many twins were born, so it was named Gemini, the Twins, During most of our July those of that month seemed quite tenacious, tended to collect things and hang on to them, so this grasping tendency induced them to name the month Cancer, the Crab.

The next month was named Leo, the Lion, the month when the Sun entered that constellation, or group of stars. Leo is one of the few constellations that do resemble anything like its name. The stars of this sign do look like the outline of a resting or sitting lion. Most constellations do not resemble anything like their name.

During most of our September was the month the crops ripened and was named Virgo the Reaper, or Godess of the Crops.

For most of our October the month was named Libya, the Balance, the first day of which was the Fall Equinox, the day and night of equal length, or in balance.

Most of our November was a time when scorpions proliferated and was named Scorpio.

Most of our December was the hunting period and was named Sagittarius the Hunter, and was symbolized by an arrow.
In their voluminous writings, the early astrologers shortened the names of the months, by the use of symbols or "signs". The symbol or sign for Aries, for instance, was in the shape of a ram's horns. For Ta**us, what looks like the horns of a bull. For Gemini, the Twins, two short vertical lines, indicating two. For Cancer, two small circles with tails appended, For Leo what looks like a horseshoe. For Virgo the letter M with an added line. 5For Libra two small lines with a half -circle on top, probably shortened from an original design - a circle with a line drawn across the center, the upper part of the circle- white, indicating Day, and the lower half dark, indicating night .
For Scorpio, the letter M and for Sagittarius an arrow. Capricorn, what looks like part of a goat's horn with a curly-cue added. For Aquarius two short wavy lines indicating water, and for Pisces, what looks like just one side of two fishes connected by a bar.
Instead of writing out the names of the months, such as Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, etc., the astrologers not only saved considerable time but also saved paper and writing material, which at that time was difficult to obtain and expensive .

Because the symbols or "signs" widely used by the early astrologers, it is why the months were called "Signs" instead of months, and their months are still called "Signs" today by Astrologers .

A young man said to me- ''1 don't believe in astrology. My girlfriend is an Aries (Mar.2l -. Apr. 19) and the characteristics given in astrology books for Aries people don't fit her at all." I asked him the day and month of her birth and he said "April 18th." I said "That's near the ividing date. One born near the beginning or ending of a sign inherits many traits and characteristics of the adjoining sign. The qualities listed in astrology books for those of each sign have proved correct for the majority. As in all general rules, there are always occasional exceptions." 1 said I would like to meet the young lady, so a meeting was arranged.

She was a girl of 16. After the first few minutes of conversation I immediately placed her in the sign Sagittarius. She showed many qualities of that sign. Further conversation, elicited the fact that both of her parents were Sagittarians as was also her brother and her favorite girlfriend. This shows that environment, relatives, friends and acquaintances all have an effect on any young individual.

I told the young man that as the girl grew older and met more people of various other signs, her natural Aries qualities would emerge and become more pronounced. He said "I see astrology is more complicated than I thought. I'll have to re-consider things about astrology. I also said since she is born close to the next sign Ta**us she should read the data of that sign too to get an overall view of her qualities and characteristics.”

Is Astrology Scientific?
Scientifically, astrology has not been proven to predict personality or events reliably under controlled testing. Most scientists classify it as a pseudoscience.
However, many people value astrology for other reasons:
• symbolic insight
• psychological reflection
• storytelling
• spiritual meaning
• timing and cycles
• archetypal language
Some approach it literally; others see it more like mythology, poetry, or a mirror for self-examination.

Astrology and Myth:
The zodiac is deeply tied to mythology:
• Leo = the celestial lion
• Scorpio = death and transformation
• Pisces = mystical dissolution
• Aquarius = the water bearer bringing knowledge

Ancient temples and cathedrals often encoded zodiac imagery into architecture and stained glass. The heavens were seen as a sacred clock.

The Zodiac as a Cosmic Story:

In esoteric traditions, the zodiac becomes less about prediction and more about initiation — the soul moving through twelve stages of experience.

Science Sunday: I have one.. THE ASIAN CHILD GHOST

I had a co-worker/friend come over to our home in 2002 because he said he was a practicing "Shaman"... We had a small spirit running around in our house on Powell Street (Las Vegas) and I had mentioned this at work. I would catch a glimpse of it out of the corner of my eye from time to time ... as that is the only way you can see some of these spirit things... peripherally...

I thought it was a "psychic rat" and according to occult literature, If you put out some cut-up onion pieces on a paper towel near all the exterior doors, you might be able to catch it - wrap up the paper towels - and throw it out... but it wasn’t one of those type. It was a hidden truth signal.

My friend came over and did a reading of our home. We sat at out dining room table and he pulled out Tarot cards and did some meditation. He said there were several portals, or holes near the floor in the front-room that were disturbing and where energy, good and bad, could come and go... he saw the spirit too.

He said it was over by the refrigerator and moving quickly through the kitchen......He said it was a child....... an Asian baby boy that was lost and trying to find his Mommy and Daddy. How he knew that ...I don't know ?... After walking throughout the house to find its lair, or where it was going, he went to the back yard and said the baby had died there...maybe drowned in the pool, and the parents didn't want to draw any police into their lives so they buried the body under the patio slab and the spirit was still at "unrest". Perhaps it didn't know it was dead??? He lit some candles, did some incantations with us together, told the baby it had passed on and to let go.....and that was the last time we ever saw the little soul.

We did find out later, that earlier owners of the house were in fact- Japanese… maybe undocumented??, and probably didn’t want to draw any attention to themselves?

"The next morning I was escorted from my quarters, under the guard of four MPs, to the interview room. Airl's overstuffed chair had been removed from the room and replaced by a small desk and several office chairs. I was asked to sit down and wait to be interviewed. After a few minutes Dr. Wilcox came into the office together with another man wearing a plain business suit. The man introduced himself as John Reid.

Dr. Wilcox explained to me that Mr. Reid had been flown in from Chicago at the request of my superior officers to conduct a lie detector test on me! My surprise at this statement was so obvious, that Dr. Wilcox noticed that I was obviously taken aback, and insulted, at the insinuation that I had ever lied about anything!

Nonetheless, Mr. Reid began to set up his polygraph device on the desk next to my chair, while Dr. Wilcox continued to explain, in a calm voice, that the test was being administered for my own protection. Since all of the interviews with the alien had been conducted telepathically, and Airl had declined to read and attest that the typed transcripts were accurate, that the truth and accuracy of the statements contained in the transcripts depended entirely on my personal word alone. There was no other reliable way to test the accuracy of the transcripts without submitting me to a battery of tests and psychological examinations to determine, in the opinion of "experts", meaning himself, whether the transcripts should be taken seriously, or not.

The tone of his voice said very clearly, "or dismissed as the delusional ranting of a mere woman!"

Mr. Reid proceeded to strap a rubber tube around my chest, as well as an ordinary blood-pressure cuff around my upper arm. He then placed electrodes on the fingers and surfaces of my hands. He explained that he would be very objective during the interview because he had been thoroughly trained in scientific interrogation.

This training was supposed to make his interrogation free from human error. Mr. Reid explained to me that, in response to the questions he and Dr. Wilcox were going to ask me, that actual physiological changes would be transmitted through a small panel unit. The readings would then be tracked on moving graph paper, which he placed beside the machine on the desk. The parallel graphs on the paper would then be correlated and interpreted by Mr. Reid, with the "expert" assistance of Dr. Wilcox, to determine whether or not I was lying.

Both Mr. Reid and Dr. Wilcox asked me a series of innocuous questions to begin, which advanced into a more pointed interrogation about my interviews with Airl.
Here is what I remember about the questions:
"What is your name?"
"Matilda O'Donnell", I replied.
"What is your date of birth?"
"June 12th, 1924", I said.
"What is your age?"
"Twenty-three".
"Where were you born?"
"Los Angeles, California", I said.
(And so on, and so forth.)
"Are you able to communicate by telepathy?"
"No. I have never been able to do this with anyone except Airl." I said.
"Were any of the statements you made to the stenographer falsified?
"No", I answered.
"Have you intentionally or unintentionally imagined or fabricated any of the
communication you claimed to have had with the alien?"
"No, of course not", I said.
"Are you intentionally attempting to deceive anyone?"
"No."
"Are you attempting to obstruct this test?"
"No."
"What color are your eyes?"
"Blue".
"Are you a Catholic?"
"Yes."
"Would you tell the same stories to your parish priest in a Catholic church confessional that you told to the stenographer here at the base?"
"Yes."
"Are you trying to hide anything from us?"
"No. Nothing."
"Do you believe everything the alien communicated to you?"
"Yes."
"Do you consider yourself to be a gullible person?"
"No."
The questions continued in this manner for more than an hour. Finally, I was unhooked from the polygraph machine and allowed to return to my quarters, still under guard by the MPs.

Later in the afternoon I returned to the interview room. This time the desk was replaced by a hospital gurney. Dr. Wilcox was accompanied by a staff nurse this time. He asked me to lie down on the gurney. He said that he had been requested to ask me the same series of questions that I answered for the lie detector test.
This time, however, I would respond to the questions under the influence of a "truth serum", known as sodium pentothal. As a trained surgical nurse, I was familiar with this barbiturate drug as it was sometimes used as an anesthetic.

Dr. Wilcox asked me if I had any objection to submitting to such a test. I told him that I had nothing to hide. I cannot recall anything about this interview. I assumed that when I finished answering the questions I was escorted back to my room by the MPs, with their assistance this time, as I was too wobbly and woozy from the drug to navigate by myself. However, I had a very peaceful sleep that night.

Apparently neither of these interrogations yielded any suspicious results as I was not asked any more questions after that. Thankfully, I was left alone during the rest of my time at the base."

Airl Departs

(MATILDA O'DONNELL MACELROY PERSONAL NOTE)

This message was to the author of the book, Lawrence R. Spencer.

"I remained at the base, mostly confined to my quarters, for another 3 weeks after Airl had been "incapacitated" by Dr. Wilcox. Once a day I was escorted to the room where Airl lay on the bed under continued surveillance by Dr. Wilcox, and others, I assume. Each time I went to the room, I was asked to try to communicate with Airl again. Each time there was no response. This saddened
me a great deal. As the days continued I became increasing more certain and distressed that Airl was "dead", if that is the right word for it.

Every day, I re-read the transcripts of my interviews with Airl, searching for a clue that might remind me of something or help me in some way to re-establish communication with Airl. I still had the envelope in my possession with copies of the transcripts that Airl was asked to sign. To this day, I don't understand why no one ever asked me to return them. I suppose they forgot about the copy
of the transcripts in all the excitement. I did not offer to return them. I kept them concealed under the mattress of my bed all the time I remained at the base, and have kept them with me ever since then. You will be the first person to see these transcripts.

Since Airl's body was not biological, the doctors could not detect whether the body was alive or dead unless it moved. Of course I knew that if Airl was not consciously animating the body as an IS-BE, the body would not move.

I explained this to Dr. Wilcox. I explained this to him several times. Each time he just gave me a patronizing sort of smile, patted my arm, and thanked me for trying again. At the end of the third week I was told by Dr. Wilcox that my services would no longer be needed because it had been decided by the military to move Airl to a larger, more secure military medical facility that was better equipped to deal with the situation. He didn't say anything about where the facility was located. That was the last time I saw Airl's doll body.

The following day I received written orders, signed by General Twining. The orders said that I had completed my service to the U.S. military and was officially discharged from further duty and that I would receive an honorable discharge and a generous military pension. I would be also be relocated by the military, and given a new identity with the appropriate documents. Along with the orders I received a document that I was instructed to read and
sign. It was an oath of secrecy. The language of the document was full of "legalese", but the point was very clearly made that I was to never, ever discuss anything whatsoever with anyone whatsoever about anything whatsoever that I has seen, heard or experienced during my service in the military.........................................
'UNDER PAIN OF DEATH AS AN ACT OF TREASON AGAINST THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!'....................

As it turned out, I was placed into a Federal government witness protection program , except that I would be protected from the government by the government. In other words, as long as I stayed quiet I could stay alive!

The following morning I was placed aboard a small military transport plane and flown to a relocation destination. After being shuttled to several locations for short periods, I eventually I ended up in Glasgow, Montana near Fort Peck. The night before I was scheduled to board the transport plane, as I lay in bed contemplating the whole affair and wondering what happened to Airl, and to me, I suddenly heard Airl's "voice". I sat bolt upright in my bed and turned on the light on the night stand! I looked around the room frantically for a few seconds.

Then I realized that it was Airl, the IS-BE. Her body was not in the room with me, of course, and it didn't need to be.
She said "Hello!". The tone of her thought was plain and friendly. It was unmistakably Airl. I did not have the least doubt about that!
I thought, "Airl? Are you still here?" She answered that she was "here", but not in a body on Earth. She had returned to her post at The Domain base when the doctor and MPs attacked us in the interview room. She was pleased to perceive that I was well, and that I was going to be released unharmed.

I wondered how she escaped from them. I was worried that they might have injured Airl by the shock machine. Airl said that she was able to leave the body before the shock was administered and avoided the electric current running through the body. She wanted to let me know that she was safe and not to worry about her. I was very relieved, to say the least!

I asked Airl if I would every see her again. Airl reassured me that we are both IS-BEs. We are not a physical bodies. Now that she had located me in space and time we would always stay in communication. Airl wished me well and my communication with her ended for the moment."

Post Script from Mrs. MacElroy

Lawrence R. Spencer's -EDITOR' NOTE: The following message was enclosed in a separate envelope marked "READ ME LAST", together with the original letter, the transcripts and the other notes of explanation I received in the envelope from Mrs. MacElroy. This is what the message said:
"The other documents in this envelope are the end of the story, as far as what happened back in 1947.

However, several months after the government got me
settled at my final relocation destination, I continued my communication with Airl on a regular basis.

It has been almost exactly 40 years since the crash at Roswell. Since then it has become obvious to me that I have been able to communicate telepathically with Airl for one reason: I am one of the 3,000 members of the Lost Battalion. At this time, all of the members of the Lost Battalion have been located on Earth as a result of The Domain Annunaki Mission and their use of the "Tree of Life" detection device.

Through my communication with Airl, I have recovered some of my memory of lives I've spent on Earth over the past 8,000 years. Most of these memories are not especially important compared to the long backtrack of events, but it has been a necessary stepping stone to regaining my awareness and ability as an IS-BE.

I can also remember some dim patches of my life in The Domain Expeditionary Force. I was a nurse there too. For the most part I've been a nurse over and over and over again down through the ages. I stick with being a nurse because it is familiar to me. And, I enjoy the work of helping people, as well as members of the race of biological beings in The Domain whose bodies look more like insects than mammals, especially their hands. Even doll bodies
need some repair once in awhile, too. As I remember more about my past, I realize that the rest of my life is in the future. Eternity is not just in the past. Eternity is in the future. At this point I am still not able to fully return to The Domain. I am sentenced to eternal imprisonment, like all other IS-BEs in the living Hell called Earth,
until we can disable the "Old Empire" force screens. Because I won't keep my biological body much longer now, I am intensely aware that very soon I will be recycled through the amnesia process of the "Old Empire", and stuck back into another baby body to start all over again -- without any memory of what went before.

As you know, members of The Domain Expeditionary Force have been working to solve this problem for thousands of years. Airl says that even though The Domain has located all of the Lost Battalion officers and crew, the success of freeing them depends on the
IS-BEs who are already on Earth. The Domain Central Command cannot authorize any personnel or resources, at this time, to conduct a "rescue mission" as this in not the primary mission of The Domain Expeditionary Force in this galaxy.

So, if IS-BEs on Earth are going to escape from this prison, it will have to be an "inside job", so to speak. The inmates will have to figure out how to get themselves out. Various methods of recovering the memory and ability of IS-BEs have been developed
over the past 10,000 years on Earth, but none have proven to be consistently effective so far.

Airl mentioned that the most significant breakthrough was made by Gautama Siddhartha about 2,500 years ago. However, the original teachings and techniques taught by The Buddha have been altered or lost over the millennia since then. The practical techniques of
his philosophy were perverted into robotic religious rituals by priests as a self-serving instrument of control or slavery.

However, another major advance occurred recently. An acquaintance of The Commanding Officer of The Domain
Expeditionary Force Space Station is an IS-BE who had once been an important engineer and officer in the "Old Empire" Space Fleet. He become an "untouchable" himself about 10,000 years ago and was sentenced to Earth for leading a mutiny against the oppressive
regime of the "Old Empire". The engineer was trained in Advanced Scientific Improvisation Theory thousands of years ago. This man has applied his expertise to helping The Domain solve the apparently unsolvable problem of rescuing the members of the Lost Battalion, as well as the IS-BEs on Earth.

Careful observation and experimental analysis of the mechanics of memory in IS-BEs by he and his wife, who assisted him, led to the realization that IS-BEs can recover from amnesia and also regain lost abilities.

Together they discovered and developed effective methods that they used to rehabilitate their own memories. They eventually codified their methods so that others can safely be trained to apply them to themselves and others, without detection by the "Old
Empire" thought control operators.

Their research also revealed that IS-BEs can occupy and operate more than one body at the same time -- a fact that previously was thought to be uniquely limited to officers of The Domain.
One example of this fact is that the engineer, in a previous lifetime on Earth, was Suleiman The Magnificent . His assistant was a harem girl who rose up from slavery to become his wife and rule the Ottoman empire with him. Simultaneously, she inhabited another body and ruled her own empire as Queen Elizabeth. As the Queen of England, she never married, because she was already married to
the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire!

In a later life he was incarnated as Cecil Rhodes. During his life as Rhodes she was, again, a princess, this time from Poland. As such,
she pursued Rhodes unsuccessfully toward the end of his life. However, in their next incarnation they met again, were married, had a family, and again, worked together successfully all of their lives.

Several other notable examples of this phenomena were observed. For example, the process of refining steel was invented by the same IS-BE who inhabited two bodies simultaneously. One was named Kelly who lived in Kentucky, and the other was a man named
Bessemer who lived in England. They both conceived the same process at the same time.

Another example is Alexander Graham Bell the inventor of the telephone, which was invented by several others at the same time, including Elisha Gray. The telephone was conceived concurrently in several locations around the world all at once. This was a single IS-BE of such tremendous energy and ability that he was able to
operate several bodies in several different locations while conducting complex research work!

Thanks to these revelations, The Domain has been able to return some of IS-BEs of the Lost Battalion to active duty on a limited, part-time basis. For example, two young girls who occupy biological bodies on Earth are now, at the same time, working as active members of The Domain Expeditionary Force on the
asteroid space station as operators of a communication switchboard. These operators relay messages between The Domain Expeditionary Force and The Domain Command Headquarters.
Recently, I, myself have been able to resume some of my own duties for The Domain Expeditionary Force while continuing to live on Earth. This is not an easy task however, and can only be done while my biological body is sleeping.
It makes me very, very happy to know that we may not have to stay on Earth forever! There is hope of escape, not just for the Lost Battalion, but for many other IS-BEs on Earth.

However, all IS-BEs could be helped to become more aware of the actual situation on Earth through the information in this envelope. This is why I sent these letters and transcripts to you. I want you to
get these documents published. I want IS-BEs onEarth to have a chance to find out what is really happening on Earth.

Most people will not believe any of it, I'm sure. It seems too incredible. No "reasonable" person would ever believe a word of it. However, it only seems "incredible" to an IS-BE whose memory has been erased and replaced with false information inside the
electronically controlled illusion of a prison planet. We must not allow the apparent incredibility of our situation to prevent us from confronting the reality of it.

Frankly, "reasons" have nothing to do with reality. There are no reasons. Things are what they are. If we don't face the facts of our situation, we're going to stay under the thumb of the "Old Empire" forever!

The biggest weapon the "Old Empire" has left now is our ignorance of what they are doing to all the ISBEs on Earth. Disbelief and secrecy are the most effective weapons they have! The government agencies that classified the enclosed transcripts as "TOP SECRET" are run by IS-BEs who are nothing more than mindless automatons covertly ordered about through hypnotic commands given by the
"Old Empire" prison operators. They are the unknowing slaves of unseen slave masters -- and all the more enslaved by their willingness to be slaves.

Most of the IS-BEs on Earth are good, honest, able beings: artists, managers, geniuses, free thinkers and revolutionaries who have harmed no one, really. They are no threat to anyone except the criminals who have imprisoned them.

They must find out about the "Old Empire" amnesia and hypnosis operation. They must remember their own past lives. The only way this will ever happen is to communicate, coordinate and fight back. We have to tell other people and they have to discuss it openly
with each other. Communication is the only effective weapon against secrecy and oppression. This is why I am asking you to tell this story.

Please share these transcripts with as many people as you can. If the people of Earth are told what is really going on here, perhaps they will begin to remember who they are, and where they came from.
For now, we can begin our own release and rescue with words. We can be free again. We can be ourselves again. Perhaps I will meet you in person, with or without a body, somewhere in our Eternal Future.
