Based on studying the results of the worker's lifestyle survey and the initial measurements defining their physical vitality, our talented coaches then begin to identify their "low hanging fruit" and begin with some doable and effective action steps. After the initial meeting securing their physical vitality measurements, (weight, height, waist size, anti oxidant scanner score, blood pressure and movement screen), our health coaches then meet with each worker one-on-one for 20 minutes every two weeks for a period of three months. The regular meetings foster a connection allowing the worker to safely explore concerns and take actions that may have been impossible earlier. At the end of the three months, we revisit the physical vitality measurements and share the information with the worker. This data is shared with management after being sanitized to assure confidentiality. We are truly excited with the comments we routinely receive at the end of the program.
