Siento
The people who show up deserve more than a hotline. Siento is a peer support network platform built for the way first responders actually work. Respond. Support.
Sustain.

Before any engine rolls. Before any officer responds. A telecommunicator answers.
They're the first point of contact in someone's worst moment and they do it hundreds of times a shift. No lights. No sirens. Just a headset and a voice that has to stay steady when nothing else is.
This is National Telecommunicators Week. We're honoring the people who carry every call.

Peer support coordinators running peer support across multiple agencies need one thing more than anything else:
Confidence.
Confidence that outreach is happening. That credentialing is current. That data is protected. That when they need to report up the chain, the information is there and anonymous.
Siento™ gives peer support coordinators real-time visibility across their entire program without requiring them to stitch together spreadsheets, emails, and gut instinct.
Infrastructure you can trust. Reporting you can stand behind.
Siento wants to ask you to join us in celebrating Autism Awareness Month.
Being different isn’t a disability, but a blessing to us who get reminded how love is unconditional, how smiles can light up a room, and how a hug can make someone’s day!
We stand with our friends and family in celebrating these blessings.

We're honored to be recognized as part of the evolving conversation around first responder mental health. 🙌
A recent article by Dave Robertson on CRACKYL Magazine exploring the future of Critical Incident Stress Debriefing highlighted Siento as one of the resource-rich platforms emerging to meet the mental health needs of first responders — with the immediacy they deserve.
First responders give everything. Our mission is to make sure timely, meaningful support is there when they need it most.

I’ll be honest…this was one of those things we had to get right.
Because if someone is reaching out on Siento™,
they’re not thinking about features…
they’re thinking “is this actually safe?"
So we built it that way.
We just completed SOC 2 Type II with Vanta.
No one inside an agency can see conversations.
Everything is encrypted.
That part isn’t optional for us.
It’s the baseline.

Today we welcome the Wise County Sheriff’s Office 911 Telecommunicators into the Siento Network.
These are the voices that steady chaos.
The calm in the storm.
The backbone of every emergency response.
Wise County made a decision that speaks volumes.
Their people deserve support, connection, and a place to practice the conversations that can change a life.
With Siento and SientoSim, Wise County is building something bigger than wellness tools...they’re building a culture where feeling isn’t a weakness…it’s readiness.
To the Wise County team, thank you for trusting us.
To the public safety community watching, this is what the future of peer support looks like.

The Siento™ Network is the only system that lets first responders reach out anonymously to trained peers...even outside their agency.
Why it matters to your agency:
→ Some first responders won’t talk to someone they work with
→ It reduces the workload on internal peer teams
→ It improves access without adding infrastructure...no new hires, no extra systems, just more ways to support your people
This isn’t EAP.
It’s not crisis response.
It’s proactive, peer-led support, built by and for the job.
