Outdoor & Wilderness Learning Program - OWL

Outdoor programs for youth of all ages! We teach outdoor ethics, local history and self reliance by utilizing experiential learning in an outdoor "classroom".

The OWL Program at West Central Community Center is an outdoor youth program that promotes healthy choices and self esteem while getting youth into the wilderness.
