U-District: Light roast with tasting notes of vanilla, nut, and strawberry.

West Central: Medium roast with tasting notes of black tea, citrus, and blueberry

Hi all, hope everyone's 2025 is going well so far. We are still working on the shop, fine-tuning our roasts, and building up our website.
