What started as a routine lighting upgrade for our customer, Ashley Furniture, quickly turned into a full-scale troubleshooting mission. After power was restored following a widespread outage, the lights wouldn't come on—and the outlets weren’t working either.
Our team got to work fast, digging into the issue and tracing the failure back to the Energy Management System. With a clear diagnosis in hand, we took swift action to resolve the EMS problem and got everything back on track.

In the end, not only was the issue fixed, but the lighting and electrical system were fully upgraded—delivering a stronger, more reliable result for our customer.
