My heart goes out to all the family and friends of Jamie Ann Wilson -Spray.
She was a friend and cook from the Santé days. She worked with us under Chef Tyler Shales's care as we mentored her in this kitchen world we live in. It's always hard when one our our people loses their life especially at such a young age and with a big heart. I've kept in short contact with Chef Jamie through the years, she was always so happy and willing to do the work. I'm happy to say how proud of her I am and how great it was to be a mentor of hers. She will be missed by us and the culinary world. her hard-working and selfless attitude in the kitchen was infectious. With much sadness, we send our condolences to her family and friends. Take care of each other kitchen peeps! We need you and we need chefs like Jamie!

Jeremy's Update Day #5:
Yep! Up and down the highway! Water is a really big concern here. Nothing clean in San Juan and especially outside of it. People do have filters so that’s good but a lot of bottled water is being consumed. Plastic everywhere 😩!

Local chef cooks for village in Puerto Rico hit hard by hurricane Chef Hansen has already started cooking. He is working with World Central Kitchen and with FEMA.
