Real clothes for Imaginary People We at Imaginary Closet are dedicated to creating real clothing for people who pursue an imaginary lifestyle.
Folks that enjoy the lifestyle of conventions, gaming, and re-creation (i.e. Civil War buffs, Muzzle Loaders, Medieval recreationist) need clothing that adds to their game while standing up to the day to day demands of real clothing. Too many “costumes” that are commercially available are made of light weight materials that will not hold up to repeated wearing or washing. We don’t make “costumes”

Here’s my current project. It’s an all wool bog coat. The trim is handmade and it will continue on the other sleeve and all around the front opening with an extra special design on the back. I’m working on adding big pockets that are semi hidden and a handmade frog closure. I will have it finished by Border War and it will be for sale (price undetermined at this time)
Well the photo shoot was great! I want to thank everyone to helped out, and everyone who came and played dress up with us. We really enjoyed ourselves. Keep checking back for the finished photos, I will post them as soon as I get them. Thanks again.
