BIG system update for our appraisal software coming at you all this Friday morning, the 21st. If you are a current Appraisal Firewall manager or lender, check your inbox for the latest updates on their way to you! And, as always, please feel free to give us a call with any questions.

Our automatic order reassignments in our appraisal software, Appraisal Firewall, will not occur on Monday, the 17th, in observance of Presidents' Day. We hope everyone enjoys their long weekend!

It has been one week since devastated our region. We finally have power back in our office and are back to normal here! Although we were without power, we did not let that affect our dedication to all of you. We want to thank our staff for all of their efforts in getting us back to normal, while continuing to service our clients, and a big thank you to all of our clients who stood by us during this time.

Happy Thanksgiving! A Message from Dave Black at SharperLending

Conditions were so bad that the Greater Spokane Department of Emergency Management issued a "shelter in place" bulletin around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, advising all residents to stay in a sheltered location. The bulletin said "extreme winds" were resulting in downed trees and flying debris in the Spokane area.
Spokane schools have canceled Wednesday classes, KREM.com reported.
