Along with postpartum hormones phew what a season.
Cannot wait till those sweet glasses arrive.

Hey friends sorry to leave you hanging. For the past two weeks I’ve been dealing with a strange tension headache and some brain fog 😅
So I’ve put a lot of my efforts on those kiddos, Bret and the kids schooling along with some incredible meetings. Yes, we have a spot to share with you and all the details as they come. For today, I take these postpartum headaches day by day.

Getting closer and closer to what’s next for us. It’s been a very long journey of trying, pausing and trying again. All for the love of our family and making choices for each one of us.

So it’s been a good pause.

If it’s for my husbands job and living in Palm Beach Florida for 4 months to choosing to home school and learn how to rebuild the home life around new routines. To a baby. Love that baby. I would do it all again.

Without that deep work with what works for us- then we can pour into our business.
Oh and I’ve been waiting oh so patiently for the creative doors to open again. Literally.

I get to share soon what’s next for the Emrys shop and where home is going to be and very excited to share where you can meet the ceramics, in person.
Sometimes it’s hard to believe we can do this again. We can make something like we did on the Main Street of Waco. It’s all mind work 5 years later.

I picked up this book at a book store an hour away from home and ran into this quote… then took a wrong turn and landed in a location that an opportunity arose… then I am here. Hopeful for the future, full of vision and ready to get to work.

This spot for four months created a stir in my mind for design. I walked these roads of ocean blvd on the Palm Beaches, swam and sketched here. Before wandering over to the Armory to design and create large scale ceramics 🥹🤍 le sigh!
