A bathroom fan this week was ventilating to attic and not to outside of the house. Warm air from bathroom will mix with cold air in attic and cause condensation. Next is moisture damage,mold growth,wood rot and then possible roof collapse.

This is what my main water shut-off to my house looks like. This turns the water completely off throughout the house. Yours may look a little different, but if you're not sure where your main shut-off is located, make sure to locate it and share with anyone else living in the house! With colder temperatures here, dont forget to remove your hoses from the spigot. This water can freeze, causing the water in the pipes to crack. By removing the hoses, there is no water that is able to enter into the pipes.

So helped a good friend of mine out last few weeks with a few projects around the house. A few egress winows and went ahead and got his whole basement framed up and ready for electrical. Then insulation and walls with some fresh paint,more photos to come🙂

Changed out a few windows today, came out nice!
