Great teams don't just score goals, they build each other up!
This season, we have seen players encourage teammates, celebrate effort, lift others after mistakes and help each other grow on and off the field. That is what "Building Up Others" looks like.
One of the most powerful things we can do is help people realize their potential. A kind word, a helping hand, or believing in someone can change their whole game and sometimes their whole life!
As we wrap up our final week of spring rec soccer, we are proud of the way this community has supported one another all season long!

Today we want to shout-out one of our team members who has been extremely valuable this past year. Naomi is one of our part time community engagement coordinators and has worked hard on developing relationships with sponsors and community partners. She has accepted a Full Time position with World Relief, and while we are sad to see her go, we are excited to see all the good she is able to do with the World Relief Organization.
Naomi will always be a part of the 90+ Family! Congratulations, Naomi on your next role!

UBUNTU.... Not just our character highlight for this week but one of our Core Values at 90+. Ubuntu is community and the idea that we need others in our lives to help us and build us up. Nothing truly great can be done in isolation. Happy Week 5 of Recreational Soccer!
