We are honored to be the beneficiary of this year's Smelly Open Golf Tournament. What started as a way to honor a friend has become an opportunity to support su***de prevention and bring hope to others.

Thank you to everyone organizing, sponsoring, volunteering, and participating. Every act of generosity helps us continue providing education, resources, and support throughout our community.

Just because Men’s Health Month is almost over does not mean we stop educating ourselves and others about how much more likely men are to die by su***de than women, stop sharing resources with those who may need them now or down the road, or stop checking in on the men in our lives. πŸ’š

As Men's Health Month comes to a close, here's a simple reminder: check in on your people. πŸ’š

You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly what to say. Sometimes the most meaningful thing you can do is reach out, listen, and let someone know they don't have to face life's challenges alone.

Mental health matters for everyone, especially men.

In 2024, the su***de rate for men was nearly four times higher than it was for women.* This Men's Health Month, let's remind the men in our lives that it's okay to ask for help, talk about their struggles, and prioritize their well-being.

A simple check-in, honest conversation, or offer of support can make a difference. No one should have to struggle alone.
