In partnership with the Song Tree Foundation and Spokane Public Library, this event began last fall with an invitation to the community to share a favorite song and an accompanying memory. An energetic audience of nearly 100 people of all ages gathered at the Shadle Park Library to sing selections ranging from “Country Roads” and “You Have a Friend” to music from The Sound of Music, as well as contemporary kid favorites such as the Bluey theme and “Baby Shark”. Following the program, attendees of all ages enjoyed playing instruments from our Instrument Petting Zoo.
