What a crazy week! Busy with clients, picked up 12 pallets (mostly food) from Amazon on Thursday and picked up this beauty on Friday, thanks to a grant from Avista Utilities! We LOVE our community and excited to be able to use our new EV to make client visits, more outreach opportunities and lots of cargo room for food pickups for Pantry!

Join us for the last SAN HIV Support Group of July this afternoon!!

Group will take place in the SAN/Pride Community Room from 2-4pm, as well as virtually.

July 21st marks Zero HIV Stigma Day, spearheading a movement and uniting people, communities, organizations, and entire countries to raise awareness and take action against HIV stigma, which reinforces and amplifies the HIV pandemic and related inequalities.*

HIV stigma is negative attitudes and beliefs about people with HIV. It can lead to discrimination and affect the health and well-being of people living with HIV. HIV stigma can also discourage people from accessing HIV care and services.

Talking openly about HIV can help normalize the subject. It also provides opportunities to correct misconceptions and help others learn more about HIV. This awareness moment can serve as a reminder of the importance of approaching these conversations without judgment and helping connect individuals to appropriate support when needed.

Wednesday is the SAN HIV Women's Support Group. Join us for a relaxing afternoon, hanging out and connecting with community. Group will start at 2pm, as well as virtually.

Join us tomorrow afternoon for the first of three HIV Support Groups.

Group will take place in the SAN/Pride Community Room at 715 E Sprague Ave, Ste. 115, from 2-4pm. Can't make it in person, we offer group virtually as well.

Time to get out of the heat and join community. SAN's monthly HIV Support Group will take place in our cool and safe SAN/Pride Community Room 3 times this month. All groups will take place from 2-4pm, as well as virtually.
