Meet our January Members of the Month: mother-daughter duo Ali & Shelly Schultheis!

All About Ali 💪
Ali grew up playing competitive softball, but after developing an autoimmune disease in college, she lost her connection to fitness for several seasons. Once she felt strong enough again, she found her way back to strength at Farmgirlfit and has now been a member with us for going on 10 years. 🤍

When we asked what she loves most, she shared that FGF’s culture encourages members to push their limits while listening to their bodies. Coaching Ali is an absolute joy. Watching her consistently surprise herself, build strength, and train for a healthy, fulfilling life is something our coaches never take for granted.

Something About Shelley 🫶
With a little (okay, a lot 😘) encouragement from her daughter, Shelly joined Farmgirlfit with the intention of aging well, staying active, and getting stronger. Since joining in 2024, our coaches have witnessed her steady progress, especially in her strength and mobility.

Shelly told us she loves that every workout offers options, support, and encouragement. Her journey is a beautiful reminder that strength matters at every stage of life, especially when unexpected challenges arise!
