"Keep the Grinch Out of Your Holiday Season"
November 15th 10am
Location: Riverview Retirement Community, Spokane
Presented by: Dr. Melinda Spohn

Can you believe the hoiday season is upon us? The radio stations have begun to play holiday music, and shopping advertisements have a holiday ring. While the holidays are often a happy time filled with family, friends, good food, and cheer, they can also bring out the "Grinch".
There is a tendency for many to get overwhelmed, stressed out over money, and yes, feel a bit depressed when the holidays don't meet our own expectations; and our expections are often centered on holidays in the past or pleasing others.
Join me for a presentation that will leave you with some ideas on how to keep the "Grinch" out of your hoiday season.
